- Inherited, integrated successful non-contract motion system from last project with Bosch Rexroth LMS.
- New SW architect, control for system requirements, improvements.

Falcon pilot project for OLED CVD system
- New concept design of OLED system implemented including EtherCAT networking devices.
- Linear Motion System using an external non-contact magnetic (Bosch Rexroth) for wafer transferring.
- Microscope cameras of vision recognition for substrate mask mating within 10um precision.

Aurora 40M DSD (Double Sided Deposition) for solar plants of SunPower Philippines:
- Developed SW on customized 2nd gen CVD systems for new FAB. New record number of systems delivered in company history.
2014 – 2015
Xsolar project for solar FAB of First Solar Kulim, Malaysia:
- A challenged low temperature CVD system, SW designed and implemented.
- Additional software implemented to integrate customized wafer loading systems (Jonas & Redmann) with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) with SEMI standards.
2013 – 2014
Hardware simulation project:
- Created hardware simulator for company systems. Modified device drivers; created virtual devices and services. The simulator has enabled fast software testing and process simulation without the cost of the real system.

Aurora system for solar FAB at Sun Power/AUO Malacca, Malaysia:
- Aurora software project: All original in-house developed control and automation SW for company core products of PECVD semi-conductor equipment in the crystalline silicon solar cell manufacturing.
- Integration and SW development on the start-up company's very first system.

Laser Scribe system SunFab solar project
- Successful delivered product on schedule, installed and passed strict FAT (factory acceptance test) at customer sites in Germany and Italy.

Inkjet system for Samsung Display
- Printing for color filters to reduce costs, Gen8, multi-head, multi-ink print system designed specifically for large display manufacturers.
- Designed and developed PRS (printing recognition system), a complex automation of printing position calibration to improve uniformity by increasing drop accuracy.
2006 – 2007
EBT systems
- AKT Electron Beam Array Test (EBT) system provides dynamic pixel and TFT characterization and functional tests of flat panel matrix in mass production.
- Designed and developed a "mini prober" option that provided reusability (i.e., adaptability for hardware or customer requirement changes), reliability, and reconfigurability. (reduced system download time by 4 hours that need to change probers for different panel).
- Paper "Design of Mini Probers for EBT system" selected by ET conference 2008.
2005 – 2007
Flat panel display production systems (CVD, PVD, and EBT)
- Design and implemented dynamic clean method in router to improve cluster systems throughput (5% increases on production).
- ET conference rewarded papers 2005 "Scheduling Study and Analysis of Bottleneck Stages for the AKT Systems", 2006 "Method for minimizing simultaneous cleanings in CVD cluster tools".
2004 – 2005
Systems throughput scheduler project
- R&D scheduling theory, algorithms, and simulations for utilizing cluster tools throughput.
- Implemented solution "Scheduler: A Substrate Process Sequence Optimizer Program for AKT Cluster Tools" and the paper be picked out for ET (engineer & technology) conference 2004.
